Red Splash does not require account registration and does not collect personally identifiable information directly.

The following data may be collected through third-party services:

• Advertising Identifier (IDFA): Used by Google AdMob to serve optional rewarded ads. Collected only with your explicit consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
• Approximate Location (country/region): May be inferred by AdMob for ad targeting, only with ATT consent.
• Device Information: Device type, OS version, and crash data for performance monitoring (AdMob SDK).

2. How We Use Information

• To display optional rewarded ads (you choose to watch ads to earn in-game hearts).
• To improve app stability via crash reporting.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your data for any purpose other than those listed above.

3. Game Progress Data

Your game progress (completed levels, badges, hearts) is stored locally on your device only using Apple's standard storage. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

4. Third-Party Services

Red Splash uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded advertisements. AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy:

5. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS 14.5 and later, we display Apple's standard ATT prompt before any advertising identifier is accessed. If you decline, Red Splash continues to function fully and ads will be shown without personalization.

6. Children's Privacy

Red Splash is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Data Retention

Local game data remains on your device until you delete the app. AdMob data retention is governed by Google's policies.

8. Your Rights

• You can revoke ATT permission at any time: iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Red Splash
• You can reset your advertising identifier: iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising
• You can delete all local game data by uninstalling the app.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be available at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
