These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Solstice iOS app ("Solstice", "the app"). By downloading or using Solstice, you agree to these Terms.
Solstice is a private, on-device menstrual cycle tracker. It is provided for personal, informational, and wellness purposes only. Solstice is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or contraception. Predictions are estimates and should not be relied upon to achieve or avoid pregnancy or to diagnose any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
Your data is stored only on your device. You are responsible for your device and any backups. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Solstice offers optional premium access called Solstice+:
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription begins and you will be charged.
Managing & cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms; the developer cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
Solstice is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies in addition to these Terms.
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app except as permitted by law.
Solstice is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
